Welcome to the Alabama Banner Users Group website!

Our mission is to develop and maintain a network of Alabama higher education institutions who use Ellucian Banner software.  We are a very active user group which meets several times during the year, including a fall user-led conference.  Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a part of our organization.

Our Fall Conference will be held November 13-15, 2024, at the Westin Huntsville. 

Fall Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be requested by sending an email to alabamabug@gmail.com by the Fall Conference cancellation deadline. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. By choosing pay by check or the invoice option, you are still responsible for the total cost of registration if you do not cancel by the deadline. No refunds will be processed after the cancellation deadline. Conference expenses are based on the number of registrants. Please confirm permission and availability to travel prior to registering.
